Want S.E.X.?

A friend asked what I would like to have for my birthday. I said “I don’t really know.” She asked if I would like the gift of S.E.X.. My reply was a resounding yes. Then, I found out what kind of sex it was. Believe it or not, I began to get excited.
Perhaps, it should be noted that this conversation was via email. The sex in question was actually an acronym she was using….Simple Economic Xtras. These “xtras” would be things like a vacation, a new golf club, a new computer, eating out at a nice restaurant or maybe just being able to buy what might catch my eye. The latter is the kind of S.E.X. that I enjoy…multiple times a day.
So, how do you and I get this great S.E.X.? Well, it is a simple answer. We need more money. Easier said than done? Not really, we just have to change our way of looking at money and how to earn it. Follow this reasoning: Everyone, like you and me, spends money every single day of their lives. Businesses do the same each day. The rich do the same, also. The key is in how this spending is done.
Have you ever heard of the word “consumer”? It is a person who purchases an item or service, consumes or uses it up past existence, and needs it again. Sound a little like a drug addict? Those in the know, make purchases as well, but in a different manner. They buy with the mentality and goals of an investor. In simple words, they expect to make a profit from their expenditures.
What a great concept! Let us make a profit from the money we are spending. Would this not revolutionize economics as never before? Would this not level the playing field for countless millions of people? Would this not give new meaning to the American Dream?
So, I sent back a reply that I would indeed like some great S.E.X. for my birthday.
